Our engineering team then develops a comprehensive plant layout that maps every processing zone from live bird receiving to finished product dispatch. The design enforces strict physical separation between dirty zones including receiving, stunning, bleeding, scalding, and plucking, and clean zones including evisceration, inspection, chilling, and packaging. Each zone has dedicated drainage, ventilation, and personnel access with changing rooms and footbaths at transition points. Equipment is positioned to create a unidirectional workflow that prevents product backtracking or cross-traffic with waste streams. We manufacture all processing equipment in our own factory in Zhucheng, Shandong, using 304 stainless steel from TISCO with nickel content verified above 8 percent. The equipment scope includes live bird handling systems, electric stunning tunnels, counterflow scalding tanks, multi-row plucking machines, overhead evisceration conveyors with ergonomic workstations, immersion or air-chilling systems, and optional weighing and grading stations. Electrical control panels with PLC automation provide centralized monitoring of line speed, temperatures, and equipment status. Before shipment, we fully assemble and test-run the complete line in our factory to verify performance. On site, our installation team handles equipment positioning, utility connections, and commissioning trials.
