The factory is equipped with modern fabrication equipment including laser cutting machines that produce precision components with clean edges, CNC bending machines that form stainless steel sheets to exact specifications, and multiple TIG welding stations with argon shielding gas for smooth, crevice-free seams. Our surface finishing line ensures every machine has a uniform satin finish that resists corrosion and cleans easily. Quality control begins at the raw material stage. Every batch of 304 stainless steel from TISCO is tested with our German SPECTRO metal analyzer to confirm nickel content above 8 percent before it enters production. During fabrication, welds are inspected visually and with dye penetrant testing on critical seams. After assembly, every complete processing line undergoes a full trial run under simulated production conditions. Motors are checked for current draw and temperature rise, control systems are cycled through all operating modes, and temperature regulation is verified for accuracy. We maintain a comprehensive spare parts inventory that allows us to support clients for years after delivery.
